The SOC-1 Type I audit examination represents the complete review of Theorem’s operations and internal controls. Wipfli LLP, a leading public accounting firm, conducted the SOC-1 Type 1 audit examination, and Theorem is pleased to report that there were zero noted exceptions. The examination was conducted in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
